This position is a dedicated and highly motivated individual who optimizes each touchpoint within the client’s post-purchase journey. In this role, you will resolve client concerns, guide clients through the after-sales process, and recommend solutions utilizing the company's internal guideline and policy while nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and build trust, resulting in high-quality client experience.
職責
• Deliver a seamless and positive client experience by being present in the designated care space, resolving concerns confidently, and communicating care, quality and product usage with clarity.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in products, repairs, and brand policies to provide accurate recommendations and immediate solutions while upholding Louis Vuitton’s high service standards.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through customized follow-ups, proactive outreach, and appointment-driven engagement to support store turnover.
• Manage the full after-sales workflow, including repair shipments, home delivery, spare parts ordering, and case traceability through “My Repairs,” ensuring smooth, transparent client journeys.
• Maintain excellence in daily operations through rigorous after-sales inventory control, cycle counts, and storage standards across all care components.
• Perform basic in-store repairs (e.g., sunglasses rebalancing, zip puller change, horizon wheel replacement) and escalate sensitive or complex cases in collaboration with local care service teams.
• Strengthen team knowledge by supporting onboarding, leading care-focused training touchpoints and refresh sessions, and contributing to daily moments and new product launch learning.
