This role oversees all payment-related administrative processes within the store, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of client payments, cash, and SSG department-store vouchers. The Cashier Supervisor manages daily sales reconciliation, monitors cashier performance, and ensures smooth execution of operational procedures. Depending on store needs, you will also support general store administration and partner closely with retail teams to uphold operational excellence.

• Supervise and oversee all cashiering and payment-related administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage cash, vouchers, and other payment instruments, ensuring proper control, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead daily sales reconciliation, verify accuracy, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Train, guide, and support cashier team to uphold service standards and operational discipline.
• Monitor adherence to payment and reconciliation procedures and address discrepancies proactively.
• Support general store administrative and operational needs based on business volume and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with retail leaders and store teams to ensure seamless client experience and efficient store operations.
概要
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in retail, luxury, beauty, or office environments in cashiering, operations, or administrative roles, including experience supervising others
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, voucher control, payment administration, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Excel, POS systems, and payment management tools
• High level of accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and support team members
