1. Delight clients by ensuring consistent delivery of extraordinary store experiences
- Ensure that our Louis Vuitton brand promise and clienteling standards are applied consistently at all times by our store team
- Identify, share and leverage market best practices and innovative clienteling solutions
- In partnership with store management and Retail Learning, identify development opportunities and support in elevating our Client Advisors’ clienteling skills
- Lead by example on the floor, inspiring our Client Advisors to offer the highest standards in grooming, greeting, hosting, and communications
- Co-host or offer support during complex or critical selling moments (e.g. when engaging with top clients)
- Assess your team’s performance and plan for professional development opportunities
- Partner with the Office Client Development team to define the store’s gifting strategy
2. Develop your store’s client portfolio and act as a Brand Ambassador
- Working with the store team, identify ways to capture new clients, upgrade existing clients and reactivate lapsed clients
- Assess the current and future client dynamics/trends to identify key opportunity areas that help bolster the store’s business
- Through client data analyses, floor/appointment observations, and qualitative client feedback identify ways to continuously elevate customer experiences
- Attend social and networking events to proactively engage potential clients, introducing them to the world of Louis Vuitton
- Proactively propose innovative outreach programs
- Build sound relations with relevant external suppliers and partners
3. Synergize and partner with the Office Client Development team
- Active partner and store representative in engaging with the Office Client Development team in developing market-wide client development initiatives
- Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into real clienteling experiences in your store
- Work with the Office Client Development team in reviewing and unlocking business insights from your store’s client data
- Proactively seek out information about competitors’ clienteling activities and events
