As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with the Senior HR Manager to support the Retail leadership Team to understand their HR needs and provide full HR generalist support that is aligned to the business needs and direction:
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent aligned with Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence
- Drive campus engagement and early talent initiatives to build a strong future talent pipeline
- Curate impactful learning journeys, blending formal programs, mentoring, and experiential development
- Champion internal mobility and career progression in line with Maison frameworks
- Lead strategic talent initiatives, including assessment centers and succession planning
HR Business Partnering & Advisory
- Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment with Maison and Group HR frameworks
- Support organizational evolution through effective change management and communication strategies
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee matters, ensuring thoughtful and compliant outcomes
- Contribute to organizational design and transition planning, balancing business needs with people impact
Employee Relations
- Manage employee relations with integrity, fairness, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Equip managers with tools and guidance to navigate employee matters confidently
- Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment that reflects Louis Vuitton’s values
- Drive continuous improvement through employee feedback, engagement insights, and action planning
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of policies and practices across teams
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that reinforce a culture of excellence and belonging
- Anchor LVMH Group initiatives locally, ensuring strong alignment with Maison priorities
- Drive the DE&I agenda, including Our Committed Journey, and lead local CSR initiatives
- Elevate employer branding across internal and external platforms, reflecting the Maison’s identity
- Track engagement metrics and translate insights into meaningful actions
HR Operations & Analytics
- Ensure excellence in HR operations, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards
- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Support compensation processes, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity
- Deliver HR projects effectively, in collaboration with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence
- Facilitate seamless collaboration across HR functions to deliver integrated solutions
