JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze Les Extraordinaires(High-End) business performance (sales trends, client behavior, market opportunities) to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth drivers.
- Lead the analysis of each store's unique client base to identify high-potential Les Extraordinaires clients and develop strategic growth plans in partnership with retail teams.
- Lead Les Extraordinaires events conducted domestically and internationally through collaborative efforts to achieve targets.
- Collaborate and coordinate across all relevant departments (360-degree approach), including Retail teams, Client Relations, Marketing, and Merchandising, to achieve Les Extraordinaires(High-End) sales targets.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports and presentations that articulate strategies, progress, and recommendations for Les Extraordinaires(High-End) development.
- Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories amongst stores to create excitement and raise awareness on Les Extraordinaires(High-End) products and services.
