This role is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies across both retail stores and the corporate office. This role plays a key part in attracting top talent to support business growth and excellence, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels across retail stores and corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead and execute large-scale retail recruitment initiatives, including store openings and seasonal hiring campaigns.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Plan and execute employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus visits, and talent networking events.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment programs such as Management Trainee and Internship Programs.
- Leverage recruitment data and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
- Working with concerned government offices in the purpose of D&I (diversity & inclusion) such as people with disability
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations throughout all recruitment processes.
