In this role, you will lead a sizable team of Chocolate Client Advisors to deliver an exceptional and memorable client experience that reflects the Maison’s values. You will ensure operational excellence, team development, and the highest standards in service, visual identity, and hygiene.
Missions
• Lead by example to deliver the highest level of luxury client experience that represents our Maison.
• Ensure every client is welcomed and served in accordance with the Maison’s values and commitments.
• Resolve client requests and escalations with professionalism and genuine care.
• Manage, coach, and motivate the Chocolate team to achieve personal growth and team performance.
• Conduct regular feedback, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to elevate service and product knowledge of yourself and the team while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Oversee the visual identity, inventory levels, and hygiene management of the Chocolate store according to the Maison’s global guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong chocolate stock management expertise including quality control, freshness/rotation management, accurate ordering, and optimal stock level control.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure fast and accurate payment transaction control, reflecting luxury service standards.
• Support event days, activations, and store animations related to the Chocolate store and F&B business.
Profil
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or luxury environments
• Passion for F&B and a strong willingness to grow
• High level of precision, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and emotional intelligence
• Fluency in Korean required; English or other languages is a plus
