Based in Brussels, this position is accountable for animating the Clientelling topic for the entire CSC Europe, making sure that every opportunity is maximized and that all team members is equipped and trained to make the difference.
Missions:
- Support the Digital Client Development Manager EMEA of Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe.
- Assist in the organization of Clienteling action.
- Database Management and Administrative tasks: Reporting, extractions of targeted client lists, management of ICONs.
- Public Relations and Communication support: Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaigns, monitoring of Media agencies' activity.
- Support in monitoring all Clienteling KPIs and drive actions when required
- Manage organization of virtual bridges
- Work to optimise and improve ICON usage, support managers in embedding it within the teams
- Analyse the client’s base and provide CSC teams with insights, performance reports in order to better understand dynamics and measure return on investments.
- Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments
- Assist in implementing adequate contact strategy to reengage with clients depending on their profiles/segments
- Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities
- Assisting in private client relations for top VIC’s of the region.
- Assistance on international events
- Explore the reporting opportunities for the clienteling team (create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports) and share KPI reports with relevant departments
- Liaising with EMEA team in Paris with continuous progress reporting
- Analyze clientele dynamics and identify opportunity for development
