Support to the Learning and Expert Team of Client Services:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff (organisation, planification, co-animation,...)
- Assist in creating training materials and resources for use in training sessions, both live and virtually.
- Assist in animating products for the client advisors to boost the sales (manage orders, animate the products with the collaboration of the product experts,...)
- Be the back up of our Knowledge coordinator (upload and create content on our Sharepoint and Knowledge tool in collaboration with our Knowledge coordinator)
- Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments.
- Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities.
