As a Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will lead an d manage a team of 6-9 selling staff, focusing on inspiring them to consistently deliver the highest level of client experience and product expertise. You will be tasked to drive your team to achieve business performance and to exceed sales targets, recruiting and retaining valuable Clients. Your role will also involve team coaching, development, training and recruitment.
