- Provide tailored support and coaching to each team member, identifying individual development and training needs in partnership with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring equitable opportunities for growth and advancement. Collaborate with the Store Manager to secure succession plans that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Set clear individual and team goals that promote both individual achievement and collaborative success. Proactively assess and manage performance, providing constructive feedback and celebrating accomplishments.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that embraces individual differences, fosters open communication, and encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Client and Business Development:
- Empower the team to build strong, long-term client relationships by effectively utilizing our clienteling tools and fostering genuine connections with clients from all backgrounds.
- Instill a client-centric mindset that prioritizes inclusivity, respect, and personalized service for every client. Proactively address client-related situations with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Inspire and inform the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information, facilitating engaging morning briefings and training sessions that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide valuable product recommendations and qualitative feedback to the Corporate office, drawing upon the diverse perspectives and local market knowledge of your team.
- Implement action plans to drive business growth and maximize product performance, strategically leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team motivation.
Selling and Floor Management:
- Act as a role model, exemplifying sales leadership, inclusivity, and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences. Support team members in their individual sales efforts, encouraging cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Build and develop your own diverse client portfolio, demonstrating inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient and inclusive sales floor management practices. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, providing support and guidance to ensure the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently achieved.
