Our Texas workshop is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of the HR team, reporting to our HR Director. you will be responsible for leading and executing full cycle recruitment activities for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with LVUSM standards and operational needs. This role partners closely with operational leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and sourcing approaches to meet current and future hiring demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a strong talent pipeline, supporting business continuity, and maintaining alignment with the Maison’s standards of craftsmanship, discipline, and operational excellence. The role requires strong collaboration with leadership, a hands-on approach to recruiting, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a high-volume hiring environment. Given the operational nature of the business, this role requires bilingual ability in English and Spanish to effectively engage and support significant day-to-day communication with diverse candidates and employees throughout the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
