RTW-Shoes Sales Forecast
- Review periodically the Sales Forecast for RTW-Shoes items, in collaboration with local Merchandising and Central Sales Planning team.
- Review new product performance to revise sales forecast quickly after launch.
Best Estimate
- Lead and organize monthly Best Estimate process in this category with other departments.
Seasonal Products Sell through optimization
- Follow-up on Buying quantity before launch if required and after launch in line with first sales signals.
- Implement with Merchandising and retails necessary actions to improve the Sell through (VM, Commercial push, stock rebalancing, etc.).
Sales forecasting tool
- Fine tune the sales forecasting tool parameters.
- Challenge existing processes, work with central team to propose improvements.
Buying Session Support
- Support the Merchandising team during the Buying Sessions for Shoes and RTW
- Business trip to Paris expected, during 1 week, 2 times per year.
- Monitor global landings to secure the supply and growth targets by categories.
- Analyze the quantity bought at sku level, following strategy and benchmarks defined by Merchandising.
- Support the Sizing and Set up, following strategy and benchmarks defined by Merchandising.
Reporting
- BE and PIC presentations once a month.
- Any had hoc analysis to develop the business.
