Your mission will be to support the Quality Department in driving service excellence across CSC Europe. You will play an active role in analysing client feedback, identifying pain points and opportunities, and challenging existing processes to continuously elevate the client experience. You’ll bring your analytical mind, creative thinking, and tech-savvy spirit to shape solutions that inspire, improve, and innovate.
