The Merchandising Director, Canada, will drive the commercial performance across 10 stores and digital, overseeing all product categories and ensuring the assortment, inventory, and product storytelling are fully integrated into a broader go-to-market strategy. This role leads category strategy, owns local buying for Canada, and partners closely with Retail, Supply Chain, Digital, Communications and Finance to unlock growth through product, client insights, and market opportunities.

The role is based on our Corporate Office in Toronto, ON. Regular travel within Canada for store visits; occasional travel internationally as required. The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary within the range of $170,000-$210,000CAD, plus the opportunity to participate in our Corporate Bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, retirement plans, various paid time off programs, and employee discount/perks.
