概要
Responsibilities Take in charge the IT related planning, service management, business support, and day to day operation which are especially Data Network, Telephony, and Cloud infrastructure. This position will require managing resources, project, and troubleshooting asa a lead Network Operation team, but hands-on operation of Network devices will be out of scope. ●Data Network: In charge of managing IT Data Network infrastructure and services. Scope is listed as follows: - Contribute to the setup and update LV global core model of the Data network which is standard design and architecture for whole LV business scene and location. - Lead and contribute to the implementation of the global core model infrastructure into LV location in Japan. - Lead and manage the service level of Network infrastructure where whole LV business related location and place in Japan. - Manage and Lead Network related projects where deploy into LV Japan infrastructure and services. - Lead the escalation to L4 team and TAC team when any trouble needs to be performed the deep investigation with specialist. - Contribute to the support of troubleshooting which is link with other IT services (Endpoint devices, any business applications) - HW lifecycle management which is include manage HW warranty period. - Manage Contract and billing of Data network lines, circuit, and HW warranty. - Manage and support external partner who is working under this position (Dedicated resources for the Data Network and Telephony).

●Telephony: Manage Analog, INS, IP and cloud Telephony services. Scope is listed as follows: Lead Legacy telephony services to the cloud telephony service (MS Teams Telephony) which will work with Central project team. ●Manage contract and day to day service with INS lines and Analog lines which is using for FAX services. ●Manage the planning of Telephone number and assignment of number for each location. ●CSC & Virtual studio support: Manage the operation support for CSC (Customer Service Center = Call Center) and Virtual studio; ●CMS (Call Management System) support as Genesys which is our global standard solution. ●Technical support of Virtual session (Network part + LV standard solution).

●Preferred experience of manage Zscaler/ZPA and any other cloud base security solution. ●Preferred experience of manage Zero Trust Network and Infrastructure. ●Preferred experience of ServiceNow ●Preferred experience of manage MS Teams Call / Cisco IP--Phone ●Preferred if certified: PMP, ITIL ●Preferred if certified: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE ●Preferred experience of People Management. ●Language: Japanese must be fluent, and Business level of English. ●Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English. ●Customer and business-oriented mindset ●Experience to work in multi-cultures and diversity work environment is preferred. ●Well understanding of Critical Thinking method and Pro-active way of work.
