- Develop and implement communication strategies for various initiatives and updates.
- Manage multi-channel communications (email, intranet, messaging platforms, etc.) ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Create engaging content tailored for specific audiences (announcements, newsletters, training materials, etc.)
- Collaborate across departments to gather information and ensure consistent communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Client Services.
- Maintain the Louis Vuitton brand voice and style guidelines in all communications.
- Develop communication strategies supporting organizational changes and new initiatives.
- Stay current with industry best practices in internal communications and client services communication.
