- Review quarterly Singapore GST reports prepared by the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
- Analyse and validate GST treatments on different categories of transactions, ensuring correct reporting treatment.
- Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all GST-related processes in Singapore, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Keep abreast of changes in Singapore GST regulations and assess their impact on company operations, proposing necessary adjustments to processes and systems.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for GST-related queries for Singapore.
- Assist in preparing for and responding to IRAS audits related to Major Exporters Scheme
- Support on finance transformation and improvement initiatives, including finance system enhancements and SAP enhancements (finance perspective).
- Assist with product registrations, renewals, regulatory documentation, requirements and regulatory processes to ensure market entry of our products
- Track and monitor regulatory submissions for all countries in scope, working closely with in-country teams and external consultants.
- May be asked to support on other trade compliance matters such as import licensing, customs classification, management of audits/investigations, etc.
