Louis Vuitton Hong Kong is seeking an experienced and highly motivated In-store Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As the In-store Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in presenting the Louis Vuitton brand and ensuring that exceptional visual merchandising standards are maintained across the store. This is a store-based position, where you collaborate daily with our store operations and sales teams, whilst supervising a team of junior In-Store Visual Merchandising talents. You may also be involved to support Visual Merchandising activities across other stores within the Hong Kong network, and be exposed to special projects located in other regions.

Help to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand image and convey a compelling and consistent story throughout our stores. Lead and inspire a team of junior In-Store Visual Merchandisers to ensure the execution of visual guidelines and brand standards. Plan and prepare store window displays, in-store displays, product presentations (including but not limited to Louis Vuitton stores, temporary stores, events, pop-ups etc) to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales. Collaborate closely with the Retail and store team to understand customer preferences and shopping behaviors and translate these insights into impactful visual merchandising displays. Continuously monitor and evaluate in-store visual merchandising standards to ensure compliance with global guidelines and aesthetic excellence. Empowered to provide guidance, feedback and ideas to the Regional Visual Merchandising team, while ensuring consistent brand representation across different locations. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in visual merchandising, and proactively recommend innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience. Support in managing relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the production of visual merchandising materials and fixtures. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Client Development & Communication, and Product Management, to ensure coordination and alignment on visual merchandising initiatives. Assist in the training and development of junior In-Store Visual Merchandising team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
概要
Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Strong knowledge of luxury retail and fashion trends, with the ability to translate brand identity and product stories into visually impactful displays. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in visual merchandising, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Flexibility to travel to different store locations within Hong Kong, as required. Flexibility to work under a varied schedule, as a retail-based, in-store position. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Cantonese / Mandarin an added bonus.
