Duties & Responsibilities
- Be a HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies to the respective stakeholders in Retail
- Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management
- Provide consultation and coaching to the managers and employees regarding employee relations issues
- Develop and facilitate communication channels in order to build up a close work relationship among the Management and staff at all levels
- Ensure excellent quality and be creative towards recruitment needs within the organization.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate and work with the Zone HR team on Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications and Compliance, and Talent related topics
- Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions
- Able to lead or work on transversal projects across the HR team to drive HR efficiencies
