Be an Exceptional Client Advisor
- Provide expert-level advice on Home & Lifestyle, including design, inspiration, and technical aspects
- Assess Clients’ lifestyle and home environment to recommend tailored interior solutions
- Build and develop long-term relationships with high-potential Clients through strong clienteling
- Support team members in handling Clients requiring advanced product or design expertise
- Be present on the field when needed (e.g. client home visits, delivery follow-up, cross-selling opportunities)
Drive Sales & Develop the Category
- Achieve individual sales and actively contribute to the category performance
- Lead and close sales for Home & Lifestyle, including high-value and bespoke projects
- Actively identify business opportunities and drive upselling and cross-category selling
- Facilitate team appointments and support conversion of existing client opportunities
- Participate in key Maison activations such as Savoir Rêver and Salone del Mobile
Act as Category Expert & Internal Partner
- Be the point of reference for Home & Lifestyle within the store, sharing knowledge and passion
- Partner with the Learning Manager / Field Coach to deliver training on product knowledge and selling skills
- Support the team in elevating their understanding of the Home Design universe
- Collaborate with Merchandising and VM to ensure optimal display and storytelling of the category Provide feedback on product performance, client insights, and market trends
Demonstrate Ownership for the Home & Lifestyle Category
- Act as a role model, demonstrating strong ownership of the category and business mindset
- Maintain deep knowledge of the category, competitors, and industry trends (interior design)
- Contribute to buying discussions and category development when relevant
- Ensure effective use of digital tools and promote adoption within the team
