As a Louis Vuitton Finance Manager, you will be ambassador of the brand. Will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

Providing essential financial insights and recommendations to the CFO, you will support strategic decision-making and collaborate across departments to optimize financial performance. Furthermore, your leadership will extend to managing and mentoring the finance team, fostering continuous improvement, and expertly liaising with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Your analytical prowess will be key in conducting financial analysis and modeling for business planning and investment decisions, alongside monitoring market trends and economic conditions to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the luxury and retail industry. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and advanced financial analysis techniques, coupled with proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, given the need to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, and prior experience in the retail industry and/or a multinational company will be considered a significant advantage.
