As a Field Coach Trainer, you will work in the store developing the retail team in delivering the client experience to the benefit of store business. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach the store retail team to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products.

Main Responsibilities:
Coaching
- Lead a culture of instore coaching, with a priority on CA according to their needs.
- Observation: Active listening and questioning
- Individual Coach: to draw out their own solution to improve and develop
- Provide on-going feedback to store manager and learning manager on the performance/progress of individual team members
- Leverage on Voice result to coach individuals and support the store to improve root cause of dissatisfaction
Facilitate onboarding of newcomers
- Ensure a consistent on boarding of “in charge category learning”
- Give feedback on progress to the individual, their SM and Learning Manager on boarding
General duties
- Act as a platform for sharing of experience/ best practices among the stores on coaching initiatives/programs
- Lead by example in terms of the company’s policies and procedures
- Exemplary personal service and Louis Vuitton grooming standards
