Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Employer Relations Manager (Seasonal Maternity Coverage). Reporting to the Senior Director of Employer Relations, this role will support Louis Vuitton Americas, with a focus on US Retail, administering policies and programs in the following areas: Employer Relations, Performance Management, Compliance and general HR policy and procedures. By leveraging their employee relations expertise, and with an unbiased approach, the ER Manager will ensure a comfortable and safe work environment for our employees, provide guidance on HR topics and mitigate risk for the Company.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to Employee Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. The appointed candidate will be offered a competitive base salary, ranging from USD $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with an range of USD $90,000 to $125,000 for candidates residing in New York or California. In addition to base compensation, this fully remote position and is eligible for medical coverage. This opportunity is open to qualified candidates in all states.
