Incumbent will be able to perform both operational and client-facing tasks required of the workshop. Working closely with leadership, participates in making decisions affecting department processes. The Lead will meet the performance standards and goals asked of advisors and works to communicate areas of improvement within the team to leadership. Position does not hold direct company management or supervisory responsibilities. Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 01:30 pm - 10:00 pm & Saturday 09:30 am - 06:00 pm Compensation: Starting at $28.00/hour plus a $2 shift differential for hours worked.
