As the Client Director for Louis Vuitton MCC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive client strategy for the region. You will lead a high performing management team, ensuring seamless collaboration amongst all stakeholders. You will own your team’s performance in leading the entire client journey, building brand loyalty and maximizing the Les Ex business categories as everyday business drivers. Develop and implement the client recruitment and retention strategy for the region in partnership with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate partners, ensuring the strategy supporting the global vision and objectives Oversee the Client Development and Client relations Managers executions of the client strategy with a keen focus on existing top clients and emerging high net worth clients Drive Client Development competencies across all levels of retail, set expectations for client outreach and engagement and lead the Client development Manager towards achieving objectives

CLIENT CENTRIC & EXCELLENCE
• Oversee the team’s execution of the client experience from end to end (recruitment, retention)
• Provide team guidance in the creation of development plans specific to client development challenges incorporating performance and follow-up benchmarks
• Ensure the Regional Client Development team has monthly and quarterly plans for all major Client development initiatives including adoption status and next steps
COMMERCIAL MINDSET
• Lead the development of annual plans to drive the high-end business and maximize growth in this category as part of everyday business
• Oversee the Client Relations Manager 360 plan for all regional events, ensuring they support the business objectives while delivering a seamless, elevated experience for our clients
• Ensure all client experience budgets are managed appropriately
• Develop and lead client retention and development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high potential prospects
• Monitor progress of business goals for the high-end category and identify action plans with direct reports to maximize business opportunities
• In partnership with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate team and Client Relations manager, review all post-event learnings and leverage this intelligence to coach and develop team on optimizing the ROI of each experience and deepen our relationship with our clients.
