- Active collaboration in the entire budget process (budget, revised budget, plans, analysis) together with the FD,
- Responsible for the closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly) together with the FD. Participate actively to the accuracy and correctness of the figures, understanding of each P&L and balance sheet line and each variation towards budget and previous year, anticipation of special event / projects and their impact in the P&L, etc,
- Perform detailed analysis of costs, like freight, security, cleaning, travel, training, etc, and of the gross margin,
- Organisation in full autonomy or in team of operational reviews in the store, assess the level of conformity towards the in-house rules and write a recommendation report,
- Strong involvement in internal audit KPI’s follow-up and compliance topics,
- Operational support to the stores for any administrative / controlling topic, including inventory, store operations and daily closing process,
- Create and produce management synthetic management dashboards in order to pilot main operational topics (deposit, reservations, credit notes, shop soiled, sales, shop soiled, inventory discrepancies),
- Organize bid offers for external services, follow-up of suppliers,
- Follow-up of real estate leases and their translation into IFRS 16.
