Additionally, you will inspire and elevate the in-store teams by sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of excellence.

A Beauty Stylist delivers an elevated, personalized client experience by understanding individual needs, offering customized beauty advice, and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty. They demonstrate advanced technical expertise in makeup artistry, providing product selection guidance, shade matching, and application techniques while staying current on trends and innovations. The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $32-$38 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
