You build meaningful relationships, cultivate loyalty, and bring the Louis Vuitton story to life every day. You maximize business opportunities across all product categories, leveraging your understanding of visual presentation, clienteling, and local market trends. On the sales floor, you are visible, engaged, and inspiring. You lead by example — connecting with clients, coaching your team in the moment, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest Louis Vuitton standards. To excel in this role, you are: Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of the luxury market, ideally gained within a multinational organization. Experienced, with over 10 years of professional experience in luxury retail, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven people leader, able to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a high-profile luxury environment. World-class in customer service, always striving to exceed client expectations. Fluent in English (a plus), with strong communication skills to engage both clients and teams.
