Drive full Styling strategy in-store/city/region
- With a proven passion for Fashion, exemplary Styling expertise and elevated Mix & Match skills you drive a strategy on making Styling and silhouette approach an essential part of every Selling Ceremony.
- Achieve significant growth of RTW, develop a total look approach in transactions and increase OTO conversion rate in the designated store/city/region.
- Lead by example through Client spotting on the floor and providing Styling advice on the spot resulting to upselling and cross selling transactions of all CAs.
- Create and execute action plan on Styling Service & Silhouette animation in the store: provide in-store Styling activations during Daily Moments and use all means of in-store Communication to promote and develop Styling service.
- Create looks and styling tools to mix and match collections throughout the year, with a special focus on the Shows during Resees, in order to build vision for collection launch in-store as well as preparation to Buying session.
- Nurture and share a thorough knowledge of competition's novelties, fashion trends and local needs through competitor store visits, events and latest key influencers sharing/reels/posts.
- In partnership with Merchandising, track performances and put actions to push product priorities and slow sellers to achieve the sell-through.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to ensure silhouette approach is optimally showcased in the store.
Support and Train Retail team
- In partnership with RTW Experts, Retail Learning and Merchandising Teams prepare and animate full team's collection training with a special focus on Styling, prepare all relevant materials and tools for retail teams.
- Animate regularly Styling workshops and educate the retail community on mix and match techniques to increase the share of voice of Silhouette in store TO.
- Support RTW Experts and Client Advisors' development through identifying training needs in partnership with TM and Learning, by creating individual development plans.
- Be involved in new CAs onboarding on Styling.
- Support in-store Clients' appointments and client experience on daily basis.
Rise/Enhance Fashion Client Experience
- Closely partner with Store Manager/Universe and Clienteling Manager on in-store OTO preparation for collection launches and fashion activations.
- Develop an elevated routine of in-store OTO preparation and animation (timing, looks, space setup etc).
- Participate in key local, regional and EMEA events preparing strong looks, supporting appointments, assisting to close the sales with a strong commercial mindset.
- Create initiatives to convert RTW clients to full-silhouette clients and vice-versa thus recruiting from existing clients to the RTW.
