Main Responsibilities:
Overall
- Manage showroom maintenance and seasonal samples, stock, and carryover samples.
- Create monthly & occasional lookbook for magazine shooting and celebrity dressing.
- Support PR Specialist, to procure and manage overall PR related issues.
- Monitor competitors’ PR Activities.
- Handle and procure internal PR materials, including press releases, newsletter, translations, etc.
Editorial
- Plan PR show room operation for every season: Sample order / supervise lending status / sample stock.
- Plan and support editorial: procure sample schedule and handle overall shooting communication between stylists, press.
- Support, develop and distribute press releases.
- Evaluate monthly press clippings.
- Create weekly clipping reports to send to Paris.
Samples
- Coordinate all sample transportation related to samples, PR materials, giftings, etc.
- Procure and monitor sample delivery to pitch the right collection in the right timing.
- Handle samples to keep in optimal condition at all times.
- Control sample stock to prevent loss, damage, etc.
Celebrities / Key Opinion Leaders
- Support PR Specialist and Celebrity & KOLs Specialist to plan strategical gifting plan for focused products.
Miscellaneous
- Support team to prepare various reports.
- Support in all LV special media and celebrity shooting.
