JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
- Independently handle customer objections in accordance with company guidelines
- Develop and strength customer relations, and groom a repeat customer base
- Perform follow up calls to VIP clients to introduce new products lines
- Assist Team Manager in the completion of daily/weekly reports
- Assume decision-making responsibilities as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of Team Member, in accordance with Louis Vuitton operating standards
- Act as mentor to sales associates by setting a good example by performing the highest standard of customer service, product knowledge and selling skills to all customers
- Assume opening/closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation as required, in the absence of a Team Manager
