- Assist in clienteling projects (festive, store opening, fashion) follow-up with local teams and relevant external stakeholders.
- Assist in supporting the adoption of guidelines by local markets to elevate client experience standards (i.e. ensuring consistency of in-store animations/plans, Local CD/CA guides for local/overseas events).
- Maintenance of monthly/weekly trackers and reports.
- Assist in product launches, events, and other ad-hoc projects, when required.
- Support local markets with client hospitality program coordination (i.e. experiences, hotels, event, transport, restaurants) for overseas client events.
- Support development of strategic clienteling initiatives for improving processes/operations and elevating client engagement.
