Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Solution Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SD/MM within the North Asia region. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure optimal utilization of SAP functionalities.
- Omnichannel Distribution Core Model Governance: Govern and maintain the Omnichannel Distribution Core Model for North Asia, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional business requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage regional IT projects, including SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement SAP solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in SAP SD/MM , including configuration, customization, and integration with systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Retail, E-Retail to understand their needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure SAP solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for SAP users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our SAP landscape and drive innovation.
