Private Sale Management
Sales Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and track Employee Sales initiatives in line with internal policies, ensuring full compliance with Private Sales guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reconciliation reports, while serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to Private Sales.
Inventory Review & Eligibility
- Generate and analyse stock reports, validate discount structures, and determine eligibility in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on stock availability.
Warehouse Coordination
- Ensure alignment between physical stock movements and system records, including overseeing quality checks with the warehouse team before sales inclusion.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on the end-to-end processes to support accurate and efficient operations.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and employee engagement.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and feedback to identify improvements, conduct post-sale reviews, and recommend process enhancements.
Executive Support
- Provide executive support to the VP of Supply Chain, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, and tracking of T&E budgets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain leadership to organize meetings and events, while supporting ad hoc projects and operational priorities as needed.
