Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach the team in store to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products.
- As a key partner for Team and Store Managers, you will ensure the implementation of the learning progression to further develop the performance of the team, aligning training initiatives with overall business objectives and sales targets in line with corporate commercial/training guidelines.
- Leading a culture of in-store coaching, you will observe interactions with clients on the floor through active listening and questioning, and you will coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop.
- Supporting Team Managers in developing their coaching skills will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will work with the Store Management team to identify and nurture potential and create individual development paths for them.
- You will provide on-going feedback to Store Managers and HR on the performance/progress of individual team members.
- You will ensure the Store Management team has full visibility on training activities. You will also monitor the quality and the impact of all training sessions via follow up, as well as maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe the subsequent implementation of the initiatives.
- As a member of the Learning team, you will be responsible for liaising with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and delivering training at a Country level.
- You will facilitate on-boarding of newcomers and liaise with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees
- In collaboration with Merchandising team, you will facilitate product training, including new launches for store population.
- You will act as a facilitator for sharing of experience / best practices among the stores on coaching initiatives and programs.
