- Welcome clients and offer a personalized, exceptional experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in High Jewellery (e.g. craftsmanship, materials, gemstones, design inspiration and styling).
- Embody a strong spirit of teamwork, contributing to the collective success of the store by creating and implementing actions to proactively drive the business.
- Lead by example and consistently perform as a top seller, sharing your expertise and passion with both team members and clients.
Support and Impact Commercial Performance
- Achieve individual and team objectives, taking full accountability for the sales performance of the Jewellery category.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and development.
- Identify and engage high-potential clients, creating meaningful experiences through, for example, private appointments.
- Drive your category forward by demonstrating a solid understanding of store KPIs, monthly performance, and category growth opportunities, in close collaboration with Store Management.
- Partner closely with your Team Manager and Head Office teams (e.g. Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Events & Clienteling) to provide qualitative feedback on your category, client insights, market trends, and competitors.
- Animate and inspire the team during morning briefings and category trainings, sharing craftsmanship insights and collection inspirations.
- Mentor and onboard new team members within your product category, ensuring they can rely on your expertise for continuous learning and excellence.
