We are seeking an E-Retail Manager that will be responsible of the management and execution of E-Retail business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-merchandising, strategic planning, operational support, and best-in-class site experience to ensure the optimum running of our eCommerce and omnichannel operations.
- Oversee implementation of key digital marketing efforts across Performance Marketing and CRM to maximise online presence, with the aim of supporting Digital and in-store sales.
- Drive actions to reach annual sales targets.
Drive & Measure
- Strategic Digital Growth: work closely with other departments and EMEA HQ to align Digital initiatives with broader business goals.
- Digital Media Management: oversee SEO and Paid Search budgets, guide agencies to maximise eCommerce ROI. Plan, coordinate and measure all campaigns driving traffic and identify key levers to optimize traffic and conversion metrics on site.
- UX Optimisation and Website evolution: analyse buy paths and identify main friction points, key evolutions proposal and follow up.
- Online Content Management: oversee content publication in a timely manner, review internal search results to boost local visibility through Digital channels.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: analyse Digital performance, sharing key insights and actionable new inputs based on results.
- Competitive Landscape: be attentive to top innovation on the market. Analyse competition and share best practices.
CRM & Clienteling
- CRM Local Initiatives: oversee newsletter planning and execution based on the local CRM email calendar.
- Clienteling Activities: coordinate Clienteling activities and actions for Digital Clients to develop top clients.
- Client Satisfaction: propose, implement and track new services.
- Omnichannel: be a Digital Ambassador in the country and support stores with omnichannel orders.
