As the Director of Business Performance & Workforce Management at Louis Vuitton, you will be a strategic leader accountable for optimizing the reliability and profitability of Client Services Operations. This role involves developing sophisticated analytics, tools, and models utilizing complex data to identify opportunities for risk management, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement. A core responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional Client experience, both external and internal, remains central to all decisions and strategies. This role provides critical, holistic insights into the state and trends of the Client Services business, enabling decision-making and driving impact across the organization. You will enhance the Client Services business by offering Leadership comprehensive visibility into both top and bottom-line performance through robust financial planning and analysis. This includes advanced analytics, KPI monitoring, and strategic forecasting. Furthermore, a key focus will be on leading strategic workforce management initiatives, including scheduling optimization, labor forecasting, and resource planning, to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency, thereby achieving and exceeding financial and KPI targets.

Furthermore, the role requires strong expertise in analytics, encompassing appropriate metric identification, effective metric visualization, and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights, coupled with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are essential to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and compellingly.
