Trade calendar management
- Own the UKIR trade calendar with timely, accurate updates. Proactively schedule key pushes and launches to drive advance trade actions. Recommend trade plans and collaborate with stakeholders to align on levers and opportunities for sales targets.
- In collaboration with the Digital Retail and E-commerce Manager report for weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance, sharing with wider business
- Synthesis reporting for actionable insights to optimise the business and responsible for trade plan actions to be executed on time
CRM
- Define email marketing strategy, targeting & segmenting in partnership with EMEA CRM team
- Be responsible to set up local strategy for LV App push notifications and SMS, aligning with brand guidelines
- Support with planning and AB testing, ensuring optimised performance
Website
- Weekly homepage updates aligned to local strategy & ownership of commercial messaging through the client journey
- Responsible for ensuring correct & updated information on key pages; delivery & returns & FAQs
- Perform UAT testing and take on a business user role for key projects, operational & technical developments
Omni-Channel:
- Develop a close relationship with stores and client services, acting as a key point of contact and leveraging your colleagues both locally and in Brussels
- Act as a first line support to the retail network, supporting on Digital Retail and E-Commerce initiatives where applicable
- Refining and optimising local omni-channel procedures
Client Development:
- Play a key role in identifying and developing top clients
- Coordinate details for nominations and events
- Share valuable insights on top digital clients
Third parties:
- Working along side the Digital Retail and E-Commerce Manager to strategies, implement & project manage third party digital experiences
