Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving systemic change, behavioral & people-based actions and changes to further enhance Louis Vuitton America's commitment to building and sustaining a truly diverse, equitable & inclusive company culture. By further developing and enhancing our culture-based employee initiatives, you will support our people centric mindset & thus ensure all employees feel recognized, welcomed, and valued across the business. This role will work cross functionally with several departments including Human Resources, Retail, Retail Learning, PR & Communications, Procurement, Merchandising, Finance & Supply chain ensuring all strategies and teams are aligned with DE&I vision for the organization.

Profil
This leader should possess years of experience as a DEI & Social Impact leader in a large multi- national organization. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge understanding of benchmarks, leading practices and innovations in DE&I. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build coalitions and collaborative working relationships.
Informations complémentaires
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $190,000 and $215,000 annually, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
