Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead and elevate client relations activities across our stores. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Relations of the West Region, you will be responsible for developing and executing client relations strategies that ensure exceptional service and foster long-term client loyalty. With a deep understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors and an elevated approach to events, you will have a proven track record of making a significant impact on business performance. Your leadership will be critical in delivering an elevated client experience and fostering long-term client relationships across our stores in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.

The Client Relations Manager will co-create the regions strategy for driving exceptional product categories, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions, playing a key role in in-store client focused animations and being a team player in delivering overall business objectives. This role will partner with the Stores, Client Relations, Client Development , and Top Sellers to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing Client. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships with top clients, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space. To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Relations with direct clienteling, high level hosting and elevated selling environment experience.
