- Manage end-to-end coordination with external vendors for asset production, from order consolidation to ensuring timely and accurate delivery to markets.
- Oversee client requests for exclusive South Asia experiences, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards.
- Maintain accurate weekly trackers and reporting by liaising with markets; develop post-event analyses to highlight best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct competitor research and support the development of initiatives to enhance client engagement strategies, improve workflows, and provide administrative support for events and ad-hoc projects.
