In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for French- and English-speaking clients, delivering elevated service and support across phone, email, social media, and chat. You will play an important role in ensuring seamless bilingual service, supporting Canadian-specific operational needs, and upholding the Maison’s standards of excellence in every interaction.
