As a Louis Vuitton Administrative Assistant, you will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Departments and provide exceptional service to impact the overall business function. You will serve as the point of contact among our executive leadership, and internal and external stakeholders while managing/filtering all streams of communication. As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to the efficiency of the Louis Vuitton Americas business by providing personalized and timely support.
Missions
The responsibilities of this position are extensive, ranging from logistics and administrative management, including the reception and dispatch of national and international parcels, review and purchase of travel tickets, and supervision of departmental POS, invoicing, and inventories. Furthermore, they entail cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders, data management, corporate office supply procurement, and general office administration tasks. The role also requires the preparation of monthly reports, PR support through the management of editorial loans and celebrity gifting, and a strong focus on client centricity and excellence, collaborating with the Regional Team to ensure an elevated experience for Top Clients, coordinating events, and managing databases for client identification strategies.
