JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service and Sales
- Ensure that the “GREATER” selling approach is used in every customer interaction
- Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
- Independently handle customer objections in accordance with company guidelines
- Develop and strength customer relations, and groom a repeat customer base
- Perform follow up calls to VIP clients to introduce new products lines
Store Operations
- Be able to correctly operate the Retail Management System including, EOD/BOD and return procedures
- Support the Team Manager in ensuring all procedures relating to sales transactions, payment and security regulations are correctly implemented and adhered to by sales staff
- Assist Team Manager in the completion of daily/weekly reports
- Assume responsibilities relating to in-store cash management (petty cash)
- Assume decision-making responsibilities as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of Team Manager, in accordance with Louis Vuitton operating standards
Staff Coaching
- Act as mentor to Client Advisor by setting a good example by performing the highest standard of customer service, product knowledge and selling skills to all customers
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company guidelines and apply day-to-day coaching to sales associates whenever necessary
Stock Management
- Assist the Team Manager in ensuring that merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by the sales staff
- Assume opening/closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation as required, in the absence of a Team Manager
- Completely understand and undertake the inter store transfer of merchandise according to company guidelines
Store Maintenance
- Assist the Team Manager in ensuring that proper visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties as required
