We are seeking a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Macau. The ideal candidate will have a strong curiosity for fashion and luxury brands, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in visual merchandising.
This role will be fundamental in enhancing the retail experience across our seven stores in the city and mentoring the local VM team. We are looking for an experienced VM leader able to inspire and motivate the VM community.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the visual merchandising team for seven stores in Macau
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand image, customized and adapted to Macau market
- Collaborate closely with store managers and retail team to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards.
- Animate and communicate with the retail community through engaging VM walk throughs and meetings
- Provide training and support to the visual merchandising team to enhance their skills and creativity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings fresh and appealing
- Coordinate local vendors for Windows and Pop in installations, in partnership with NA Design team to align with brand standards and seasonal directives
- Share feedbacks to NA VM team, about local VM needs and eventual retail initiatives planned
