This unique journey into the heart of luxury retail is designed around your interests, offers exclusive learning experiences and senior leadership mentoring to build your network.
Over 18-24 months, you’ll embark on a series of tailor-made rotations spanning in-store retail roles and headquarters-based corporate métiers, before stepping into a team management role in the retail environment. Get ready to understand luxury inside and out, develop a broad business mindset and be at the center of it all, working with diverse teams to shape the future of the business.

Application Criteria:
- You must have already finished your studies.
- You should be available to begin full-time employment, based in the country where your chosen HORIZONS Retail program is located.
- Fluency in English is required, along with any additional local languages relevant to the HORIZONS Retail program you are applying for.
- Candidates must not currently hold a permanent contract within the LVMH Group.
