Supporting the Store Management Team with day-to-day operations of the store
- Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm.
- Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales.
- Be an active leader, undertaking floor and break management, transaction operations and opening/closing duties
Day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks
- Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting and VM tools where necessary
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards
Windows
- Coordinate with Store Management, Head Office and local supplies for window installations
- Manage window product change for every rotation
Interior merchandising implementation
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations
- Manage the products & master knowledge of all product categories.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback with Regional VM manager.
- Visit competitors and report best practices
Interaction with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events
- Collaborate with the Store Management Team on sales trends, new launches and VM guidelines
- Support in motivating and coaching the team on VM topics
- Implement store zones for each product category
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for store events
