Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS Retail Edition offers a 24 month comprehensive journey transforming you into the retail leader of tomorrow.
The program has been tailor-made to accelerate your career in Retail leadership, immersing you in our dynamic ecosystem of client experiences and exceptional products.
- 6 month of education and training on delivering exceptional client experiences
- 3 month of exposure into operational and visual excellence
- 3-5 month of participation on a project with the Regional Corporate team
- 6 month of discovery in people development
- Final rotation as an Acting Team Manager in a leadership role
Each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program. Successful candidates will be recruited on a permanent contract and join the Maison in July 2025.
Candidates will have the opportunity to apply to the below locations where they will remain for the entirety of the program: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Honolulu, Palo Alto, Dallas, Las Vegas,Toronto, Sao Paulo, Mexico City.

The Horizons Retail assessment experience:
- Online application (Resume & Video Statement): February 17 – March 14
- Interviews: March – April
- Regional Assessment Day: April
- Zone Assessment Day (NYC): May
The program will begin July 2025.
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Have more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills and a drive for results
- Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
- Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by July 2025.
