Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS Retail Edition offers a 24-month retail based journey transforming you into the leader of tomorrow.
The program has been tailor-made to accelerate your career in Retail leadership, immersing you into the dynamic ecosystem of our client experiences, exceptional products and high performing stores.
The journey will progress over approximately 24 months with rotations based in store.
- 6 months of education and training in delivering exceptional client experiences
- 3 months of exposure to operational and visual excellence
- 3-5 months of participation on a project with the Regional Corporate team
- 6 months of discovery in people development
- Final rotation as an Acting Team Manager in a leadership role
Each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.
Candidates will have the opportunity to apply to the below locations where they will remain for the entirety of the program: New York, Washington DC, Palm Beach, Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Clara, Hawaii, Toronto. Successful candidates will join the Maison in a full-time capacity starting June 2026.

Applicants should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Have two or more years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills and a drive for results
- Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
- Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by June 2026.
